If NO, Please obtain and email your National Police Clearance for all Directors and/or Partners within 1 month* of this application being submitted to infrastructure@swek.wa.gov.au .
Renewing licence holders who have provided the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley with a National Police Clearance within the last 5 years are then only required to provide a new clearance if there have been any changes relevant to the current clearance.
Please note, that the annual renewing Funeral Directors Application Form includes a statement: "Has Applicant been convicted of any offence anywhere?". Funeral Directors are required to complete this statement accurately on each application.
*Any Funeral Directors Licence approved by Council prior to obtaining all required National Police Clearances will be automatically be revoked if this clearance is not provided to the above email (unless valid reason is communicated prior the expiry date).
