Volunteering in the Shire
The Kimberley Volunteer Hub is now open and based at the Kununurra Neighbourhood House on Leichhardt Street, Kununurra.
With funding received from the Department of Social Services, the Volunteering WA Hub is run by Volunteer Coordinator John Voss. The Hub provides volunteer support services for both organisations and those that wish to become volunteers within the Shire and surrounding areas.

Facebook
Facebook provides a platform for many community noticeboards and groups including Kununurra Community Notice Board, Kununurra Trading Post, Kununurra Jobs, Kununurra Mums and Bubs, Wyndham Picture Gardens and many other useful pages.
Facebook pages are a great way to meet people and reach out to the community as well as find information on local services.
Postal Service
Australia Post do not offer a residential mail delivery service. You will need to purchase a post office box or collect you mail during business hours from over the counter at the Post Office. For further information contact Australia Post.
Young Children
The Kununurra Community Neighbourhood House and Wyndham Early Learning Centre provide services and support to families with children. Refer to your local community phone book for their contact details.
