Proposed disposition of land (Lease) - Portion of Reserve 30290, part Lot 707 on Deposited Plan 217504, Drovers Road, Kununurra.
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley proposes to dispose (lease) of the above property to Joshua Melville, trading as Gourmet Camp Oven Experience, for a period of 10 years for the purpose of an Outdoor Dining Experience.
A Council resolution was made to enter into a commercial lease with Joshua Melville, trading as Gourmet Camp Oven Experience (Minute Number: 22/08/2023 – 118889).
The land was valued at $0.30 per square metre exc GST. With a land area of 3760 square metres, this equates to an annual lease fee of $1,130 (exc GST) plus annual rates.
If you wish to lodge an appeal against this disposal, please make a submission to the Shire by Thursday 22 February 2024.
