Proposed disposition of land (Lease) - Portion of Reserve 51750, part Lot 555 on Deposited Plan 402308, 786 Crossing Falls Road, Kununurra
The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley proposes to dispose (lease) of the above property to Amplitel Pty Ltd for a period of 20 years for the purpose of an Installation, maintenance and operation of telecommunication network facility.
A Council resolution was made to enter into a lease with Amplitel Pty Ltd (Minute Number: 13/12/2022 – 118768).
The land was valued at an unimproved market rental value of $12,500 per annum (exc GST) and the annual lease fee will be $12,500 (exc GST) plus annual rates.
If you wish to lodge an appeal against this disposal, please make a submission to the Shire by Thursday 4 July 2024.
Submissions should be marked ‘Disposal (Lease) of Portion of Reserve 51750’ and addressed to Vernon Lawrence, CEO, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra WA 6743 or emailed to mail@swek.wa.gov.au clearly stating ‘Disposal (Lease) of Portion of Reserve 51750’ in the subject field.
