Just Born Parent Group

Are you ready to embark on a new adventure with your precious bundle of joy? Whether you are a first-time parent or an experienced one, having a new baby is always a thrilling and challenging time. You may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or exhausted at times, but you don't have to go through it alone. That's why we invite you to join our 'Just Born' program at KNH, where you can meet other parents with newborn babies up to 4-months old and share your stories, struggles, and successes.

Our 'Just Born' program is more than just a casual chat group. It's a supportive community where you can find information, skills, and confidence as you navigate the transition into parenthood and caring for a newborn. You will learn from our knowledgeable facilitator and from each other about topics such as feeding, sleeping, bonding, health, safety, and more. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions in a safe environment and get honest feedback from people who understand what you are going through.

Our 'Just Born' program aims to help you create lasting friendships and support networks in a safe and comfortable environment. We welcome both mum and dad at KNH, as well as grandparents and other support people who may be visiting or helping out. We know how important it is to have someone by your side during this exciting but challenging time.
