Request for Tender: T17-24/25 – 29 Boobialla Way, Kununurra for Sale by Tender

The Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley invites tenders for the purchase of Lot 1381 on Deposited Plan 214792, 29 Boobialla Way, Kununurra.

Details of the tender, including specifications, are available upon request from the Senior Procurement and Contracts Officer; via email: tenders@swek.wa.gov.au, between 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Potential respondents must provide their contact name, email and phone number.

An opportunity to inspect the asset is available between the hours of 12:00-1:00pm 29th January 2025 and 12:00-1:00pm 5th February 2025. Potential respondents seeking to inspect the asset are to confirm their attendance by emailing tenders@swek.wa.gov.au. An inspection of the asset is not a mandatory requirement of tendering but potential Respondents are encouraged to view the assets prior to submitting a Tender.

Clarification of tender details must be in writing and sought via email: tenders@swek.wa.gov.au, prior to 2:00pm, Friday 7th February 2025.

Tenders must be clearly marked “T17-24/25: 29 Boobialla way, Kununurra for Sale by Tender”, placed in a sealed envelope and lodged in the tender box at the Shire Administration Office, 20 Coolibah Drive, Kununurra or posted and addressed to Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley, PO Box 614, Kununurra, WA, 6743.

Electronic or facsimile submissions will not be accepted.

The Deadline for submissions is 2:00pm (WST), Friday 14th February 2025.

Late tenders will not be accepted.

Any potential tenderer canvassing Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley Officers will be disqualified from the tender process.
